Slice box purchased... Where is it??? I can't find in my X5 app... When i try to update the mail window... GENERIC ERROR !!!

please look at step 4>Object Management> Purchased. If you cannot see it, then please click Update the Library.

please try and restart the PC, then disable antivirus programmes and firewall and also check if you're using proxy. Try again starting the program as administrator.

I've done this. My computer is ok by your question. Otherwise i will not see the main online window when i start the aplication.

please try and delete the WebSit X5 files which are to be found under /AppData. Please pay attention! If you have customized templates, you might lose them by deleting the files. Please create a backup folder before doing anything else, so not to lose your work.

Why are you so complicate things? I have a 25 website project templates in this folders... What to delete???

Delete the content in the folders PluginApps and WebCache and then start again the program and try to install the objects again.
In this way the templates will not be deleted.
Please keep me updated.

I've uninstal and instal back X5 app and now working. Frustrating to import all of the project and fix them back...
