Email - all "New Lines" are ignored/deleted from the body of the message

Whe receiving email sent from the web page, all "new lines" and "tabs" are missing. The text comes as one chunk with no line breaks (see attachment).
Also, no matter what is in the message's body, the message always comes to "Junk folder".
Any ideas?

Can you try this in a brand new project and keep data very simpel and see if the issue still exist?
Also you can try to test several mail scripts in your admin panel. place /admin behind you webpage the login is found in x5 in acces management.
Check also the php version of your provider. Maybe you can set it to another version and then test again. But this depends a bit on your provider, some offer this some don't unfurtunatly.
Hopefully 1 of these pointers help you on your way.
