I bought Website x5 - 13 version 13.1.3.11 and downloaded only on one computer, Windows 7, no backup. Computer crashed and new one is Windows 10. Redid download, icon shows on computer at 167mb & I can open properties, so I am sure it is there but will not open. Tried compatibility settings but nothing. Really...NOTHING. What to do?
