Add row does not work anymore

On the Home page of my project I have around 60 rows. Suddenly I can no longer make "Add a row after the selected Cell" work. Same problemfor "Add a row before selected Cell". The symbol is not highlighted. The symbol for "Add a column after and before the selected Cell" is highlighted and works fine.
I have the latest updates installed. Website X5 Evolution 13. My site is www.rastenhyttene.no

The limit is 64 lines and 12 columns per page

Dear Lars,
as Juag said, if you have reached the limit of 64 rows, the symbols is automatically no more clickable.

I still have the problem. I loaded an old backup where the symbol is clickable. I have about 62 lines. To make more space I startes to delete lines from the bottom and after deleting around 30 lines the symbol goes unclickable again. And it is impossible to make it come highlighted again. When all lines are deleted, it shows a pattern of 6X64 blank squares. Please, help!

I have found the solution. I have been deleting the contents of the lines. This leaves blank lines in there. By using the key named "Remowe the selected Row" I can remove the blank lines and the key named "Add a row after the selected Cell" becomes clickable again.
So I am back in business again.
