Database viewer does not show any data , review the setting and it is all setting up for running

I added database viewer to a web page and link it with mysql database and set the table name. and after uploading the page to my hosting I found out that it does not show any record,I checked the Privileges and I opened myphpadmin and review the table and data, everything is good. so what is wrong?

Are you sure there is data in the database. An empty database will show nothing.
Is the database name correct, check capitals also.
correct main webadres (URL)in step1 (General) ?
A firewall that interferes?
