Dear all,

I have changed the url of spotpen.nl from http: to https://www.spotpen.nl in my X5-account administration, but it didn't change in Users'Website.

Question: Can you look after it?  The software is version 13. That can be changed too.

You need SSL certificate to get your website on a secure webadress (https) Do you have this with your webprovider? This costs normally ( a lot) exra money.

If you have a certificate then you can up load to the https section and add the adress in x5.

But x5 does not control https, that is done by your webhost and as already mentioned you need a contract for that from the webhosting company. So if you need more information check you hosting.

Dear all,

1----I had everything changed to https in accordance with my provider..... and by the rules.

I've changed my websitename to https in my profile etc.

But in the website gallery of Incomedia I see http. There it is'nt changed.... I can't change it there. That's what I wanted to mention...

Question: Is it possible to change it in the gallery.... Does Incomedia change it?

2---- When I login I get a strange language (I understand only Dutch, French, English, German,  Flemish and Limburgs). Someone or something changed it. (I didn't). I can't change it, because I don't understand it...

I do not understand how to change things in my profile anymore. I had set all things to English...
