Main page contents not visible in correct mode

Ver. PRO13
At PAGE CREATION - "Main pages contents and down list" not visible in correct way, it looks at least in my case an error.
I atached file that demonstrate it.
I asked similar qustion some time before, answer was to reinstall PRO 13 once again, but nothing change.
Please can you make suggestion how to solve the visual problem as the text explanation under each icon mixed with icon. As well if i select "Manage" the "Main pages contents" all functions are not showen correctly and some not visible!

Can you please tell me which settings do you have in Windows for the font size?
Can you please test if set to 100% if it appears correctly under Settings -> System -> Screen?

Thank you Claudio D. very much for the given assistance.
Entering in WIN10 Settings, System, Display, setting "Scale and layout" to 100% than restaring WIN10 did the magic.
Now everithing looks OK in PRO13.

It was the WIN10 Display case which solved the problem, the WebSiteX5 Ver13 PRO works very well.

Thanks Senicom, I realised it was a Windows font size issue when I read Claudio's post and looked again, but I was too embarrassed to comment further :-)
