I have tried to access / download the photos following several routes. additionally, I have followed the instructions you have suggested to others who are having similar problems - nothing works !!!

When I left click a photo I am sent to your answers page, when I right click a photo I get various options  - none of which allow me to download or copy the photograph.

Hi Frank, the problem was that you were using the Licence Key for the beta that has expired. I now fix it for you. Wink

Any update on this?  I have the same problem as described above - left click goes back to answers page - right click save as only saves the html.

OS: Win7 SP3   X5 ev9

Does not work for me either. Left click takes me to answers page even though the url says the image will take you to:

http://answers.websitex5.com/freeimages/image/053535/details  as shown in the attached jpg file.

I sure hope that X5 Ev9 is not as buggy as the new and improved X5 website and answers page.

Hi, we are looking to see why some of you cannot download the images. As I reported I  tried 2 accounts using Win7, FF, IE9 and Chrome.

http://answers.websitex5.com/freeimages/image/053535/details

The link you post here is the one the permits to choose another image and not to download it. You should find a 'Download' text link on the left of the big image that permits to download the file. The link of the image you are interested is

We'll let you know as soon as we'll have some news. Wink
