It would be great to have fixed footer option as well as it is for header!

I see that this is quite common question here and now I have such problem as well, my client want fixed menu at the bottom, so I try to deal with fixed, responsive footer somehow.

In v12 there was a small piece of code that worked well but not in v13 and I can't drop to v12 because of features in v13.
