Cant get header to show on mobile(responsive)

I have created my site using one of your templates and i have made my site responsive in accordance with the instructions but i can not get my header to shower up on mobile i have tryed everything can someone please tell me where im going wrong site is http://safishing.org

Michael, in V12 you have to create a responsive layout. Go to step 1, Template Style, Responsive Template Structure. Here you can add an image in the header and/or the menu area.
If you want the menu to be visible when the page is scrolled, select menu and tick the box "keep always visible". You can also add a "company logo" which can optionally be invisible when the header is displayed.
If you would like to include text, links, etc and multiple variations of content in the responsive header, I recommend you consider upgrading to V13.
