External jQuery links in the code?

Hello!
Do I need to include external jQuery links in the code for 3d party plugins obligatory?
for example: <script src='http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.8.3/jquery.js'>
Because every plugin has it's own link to different version of jQuery and I noticed that it makes conflict on my project "screwing it up". It works perfect without them.
I have very little knowledge in coding, so I don't even know what those external libraries really are?!

WebSite X5 Version 13 includes already jQuery v3.0.0 and if it works without needing to include them generally means these can use the included version of jQuery.
Unfortunately I cannot help you with the use of custom HTML code, but if you have any doubts or issues on how to add them in the pages you made with WebSite X5 you can ask me. Generally speaking since the functions do not depend on WebSite X5, you can search useful information about the custom code with search engines like google or wait until someone on the community of Help Center can help you.
