I want to have an image underneath covering the whole page and the rest transparent

I have finally worked out how to resize my logo for all veiwports but what i want is to make everything transparent and just have an image coving the whole page.
I know how to make the bits of the template transparent but cant workout how to have the wallpaper underneath.
Any help will be great

You need to set the background picture in step 3 ->properties -> graphic TAB.
Then set is step4 the background transparant. for some objects or all, whatever you prefere.

Can you please check the guide, some links are not working, though you will be able to find the template by searching manually it would be nice if the links would work correct.
