Folder sub-menu for responsive webpage  en

I am making a web responsive website with 13 pro. I created a folder with additional services underneath that folder. The problem I have is when the site is viewed at the lowest settings 380 px & 480 px the sub-menu appears on the site pushing the webpage to the right causing some of the images to get cut-off. I would like to know how to make the sub-menu mouse over or any other idea, other then hiding the drop down menu, because I still want my clients to be able to view it their cell phones.

                             Thank you

Mike, can you supply a link to your new site so we can see the issue?

I have not launch it yet. I am trying to correct it before I launch it. Right now my website is from websiteX5 12. The websiteX5 13 site is different than the 12. 12 does not have a 380 px only 480px in web response. Even when i put the menu on top, I have vertical, the submenus still appear on the left side of the page.

Mike, if you create a new folder in your public_html directory for your website and upload your V13 site to it we could look at your problem and perhaps offer a solution by going to www.yourwebsite.com/new

When you are finished developing your site you can delete this temporary version.
