Website5 v 12 doesn't start after the last update windows 10 . I made reinstallation but it did not give anything.

Wx5 v10 does not need the same resources of windows as v12 or v13.
Error messages on startup or crash can help to recognize the required resources of windows and then install them. (Unfortunately it often happens that updates in windows are not complete and thus the function of programs prevent. .Net and Visual C++)

I restored the previous version Windows 10, and Website5 v 12 have started to work. Plus, my PC was able to find the lost printer and some other soft also is working better. I think last Windows update isn't good.
