I would use multiple table objects for this. You can add a pictures, lins and set the lines to get close to your example.
I would advice you for the pictures to use pictures that have all same properties (width/height)

As Andre says, you can make the page look much like the example.
But if you want it to be operational, I think you have to use a database.
You could try to use Google to find something. If it is for shopping, you could look at : https://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=cms/feature

It has not the functionality to select on price-interval or so, but I have a page where people can search :
Here you can search on categories.
I think nothing of this is what you need, but maybe you can be inspired.
As the database tool for the example-site, is used ADMIDIO and for the search tool is used REPORTICO.
You could simply "build" your own database ( table ), and maintain this via the X5 object : database viewer.

This could be combined with REPORTICO, where you could select on some of the fields.
You probably have to find a database tool like ADMIDIO or OpenCart to present the data in a bice way.
If it is only to present some images and some other information for the images, then do as Andre tell.

example with links, you need to create the other page yourself with pictures and an form object and other objects, depends a bit on what you would like to have.
If you open v13 twice, you can probably copy the object / pages from my example.

If you want a complete solution for selling/buying cars, then you should take a look at :

It could be used for other things as cars if you customize it.
This is a open-source program. It is not free, but costs 249 $
You should take this in consideration. You could integrate it in your existing site, or you could have it as a standalone-solution in a subfolder - you could direct to it from your existing site. You can style it to your own needs.
You could see it as a template for a car solution. Sometimes it is worth the price, when someone have already made a solution for a purpose.
Of course you could make it yourself from scratch, but related to the price, I would not think it will be worth the effort.
