How do i change the colour of the the menu headings

I want to change the the colour of the headings that are under the header including the home page button iff you look at my site in desktop mode you will see the are blue and the drop down headings are black i can find anywhere to cutomize these buttons in earlier versions they changed with the the drop down menu but not anymore.
Can someone help me please.
