Error Message - No Resolution

I keep seeing an Error message:
"An error occurred while loading the Project
(There is an error in XML document(9870, 10687)"
In the Help Center there are references to this error for
V9 & V10. What is the solution for V13?
Previously, I had opened this Project several times over several days and
had NO problem. Today I keep getting this Error message.
I have attached a copy of what I get - see attached.
What is the solution? More importantly, what is causing this Error?

In my experience this error is a corruption in the project files.
Since you have obviously uploaded this project to the web, you may have a backup. Using Windows File Explorer, have a look in the project directory, and then in the backup directory. If backups exist you can copy one to the project directory.
Having done so, rename project.iwprj to projectbroken.iwprj, and then rename the backup as project.iwprj.
Your project should open normally.
If you do not have backups you should turn this feature on when you recreate/replace your project by clicking the down arrow next to save and selecting "create backup every time you upload". It also pays to occasionally export the project as an IWZIP file an save somewhere other than your local HD.

Hello Michael,
In Version 13 you need to rename the latest file you found in the "Backup" folder to project.iwprj2 (with 2 at the ending) after having copied this file in the main folder.
