I have owned Evolution 11 since its release. I am considering upgrading to V13. However, I dont see that responsive websites do what I expected, they fit the screen on PC setting, but the width of the actual content stays the same, its just the template that is responsive to screen resolution, this is not what would convince me to upgrade

No the width changes on 4 viewports standard. Are you sure responsive is set?

You can see the setting and the viewports in step2 template customization, resolutions and responsive design.

In the preview you can see the same colours on top as in the viewports, these are the change points to where the whole site adjusts for other viewports, and the page changes also.

And you can have some influance in how these change or in what viewports they should be visible in the pages by using the responsive button on the page (step4) itself, and with the row formats you can make also very nice effects.

Use more objects on 1 page when testing you will see then better the results of responsive sites.

Goodluck, and remember there are more benefits in v13 then only responsive.

Goodluck in checking the responsive out, if you have other questions please let us know.

Best Regards,
