X5 does not update

Not the first time an update is suggested and then breaks down.
I tried this several times:
I accept the update and when I proceed, it downloads and then stops in the middle with a dialog box that has no message.
Can you please solve this issue and at the same time, send me a link for the latest version?
(I am on 13.1.0.5 now).

Just try the latest version, you can always find it in your portal here in the help section.
Goto top right pulldown, next to your name, then select download.
That probably will solve your problem as well.

Hi Akram,
please follow Andre's suggestion and try to download the software from your account. If you still have difficulties please disable the firewall and antivirus programs on your PC.
