Home Page Template Customization becomes out of sync with rest of site

I have an issue with a graphic on the home page menu bar getting out of alignment. The rest of the pages are aligned perfectly but the orange folded graphic is supposed to align with the orange bar. According to the customization everything appears OKJ. It's just the home page that is out of sync. What is wrong? How can I fix this?

Brian, is this site online? If so can you provide a link so we can see the problem between pages?
Is there any special/3rd party code on the home page like counters, adwords, etc?

I have not uploaded this version of the website yet as the graphic mis-alignment is too obvious. I have a previous web page for the same business uploaded and it does the same thing although not as obvious. The home page menu is slightly lower than the rest of the site. See if you can find out what the issue is from a website built in the previous version.
