I dowload https://market.websitex5.com/es/proyectos/159687 template to see how parallax work.
Then I try to import to open with X5 V13 Profesional software, but give some error to open.
I need help to solve this error

Franz, when I saw your issue I downloaded, imported and opened the template without issue (sorry)
Have you had success yet?
Have you attempted to open the project straight after a reboot? perhaps without AntiVirus running?
Is there a possibility it is a hard disk issue with either space or fragmentation?

Hello I tryed again, and the isuee persist, I desactivated my antivirus, and happen the same error.
Maybe if you send me a dowload file. or other way to have the file.
I woul like to know how it work, or do you have a video tutorial about how to use or set up parallax effect
Hello Franz,
Please start a new project and then check all the objects in step 4 you have are updated.
Once done try to open the project again.
