How Can You Create a Page that doesn't show up on the Site Map?

I want to create a page that doesn't show up on the website menu. The page is will have a single video on it. I want to do this for every video on my site so that I can have an image with a rollover on the visible pages. The rollover will link to the video page.

In step 3 Map, highlight the page you wish to hide and click on Hidden page in Menu icon (3rd last icon above the map)
