1) Is it possible to place an advertising code of Google Adsense or another code in the window "Advertising message"?
2) Is it possible to adapt the size of this window to mobile devices ?

Hello Alexander,
i am sorry but it is not possible automatically. You can only insert an image and link a page of the site.
In mobile view the Advert type for the message is not visible if it is more large of the 20% of the resolution, so you need reduce the dimension of the image to appear in mobile resolution.
