How can I direct that a feedback form goes direct to an email address without opening an email browser?

Hello Alan
When you have a contact-form, this will normally produce a mail to the mail-address you choose, AND it will/can produce a mail to the one who has filled out the form. "Thank you for contacting us. We ..........."
If You do not want a web- page to show, then you can simply set the "answer-page" to the same page as the page with the contact form. However it is normal to show the user that "something happened" when he clicked the "send" button.
Here You can have a "hidden" page saying " thank you for contacting us" and then a button on that page that returns the user to the contact-form-page or another page.
So - you can have only a mail as reaction to a form.
If this was not what you meant, then please specify in a new post.
Else - hope you were helped.
Kind regards

Hello Alan,
I confirm that the E-Mail Form sends automatically a feedback e-mail. In addition to John's useful suggestion, you can modify the text for the feedback e-mail in the Send Section of the Object.
Thank you, I wish you a lovely day.
