None of My Blog comments are functioning in the PROFESSIONAL version.  en

I upgraded from X5 Evolution to the Professional version and rebuild my site because I have the following errors and continue to have the following errors.

BLOG Comments & voting not functioning.  I would like to use the FB or the X5 comments capabilities in my blog but it doesn't work at all.  My site is http://munishjoshi.com where you can see the blog and no comments module is appearing.

Secondly, when I access the admin side I can't get to anything other than a view of details on how to download the app.

PLEASE HELP

First check if your webhost contract offers PHP support, you need that for Blog and admin panel purposes.

If you have PHP do a full upload, then goto website or admin panel, press F5 and see if this helps.

Did you change the comments on the blog to facebook?

Which error do you receive when you try to add a comment?

The comment module appears when you open the blog post as example:

Andre, I will check with my hosting partner to see what happens.

I don't get an error message.  I had selected the FB option as the comments management system and then when I post the site no comments or the ADDTHIS function appeared.

Since this post, I did manage to set-up the X5 comments section and ADDTHIS but I have a site where I would rather use the FB comments.

I'm going to create a sub-domain, duplicate the site and try a couple of other things.

I don't know what's happening but I just went to the X5 comments manager which didn't work at first but it did start working again on its' own.  What I did was adjust the page properties, expert tab (site settings) and adjusted update frequency & contents priority settings and noticed things working better.

I have the FB technology deployed on another site where it is not working at all now but it did some time ago.  Here is the link: http://trend21.ca/blog/index.php?id=ompn6cu7

On the homepage (trend21.ca) the guestbook is also deployed but not loading.  I've noticed a few times the ADDTHIS feature failing as well.

On http://trend21.ca/blog/index.php?id=ompn6cu7 I can see the facebook comment function.

Also on the homepage http://trend21.ca/ I can see the facebook comment function working correctly.

Probably it could depend on the browser. Try please to reset the browser settings, clear the cache, and try also to disable the plugins installed since these could cause the issue.
