Error 322 when trying to activate upgrade software  en

I think the problem is that I purchased the Website X5 Evolution upgrade using email ***, but the original Website X5 Start software was registered against email ***. Can you sort this out please, so that I can activate and start using the upgrade please.

thank you for your message.

As you have mentioned, the problem is caused by the use of a new e-mail for the registration of WebSite X5 Evolution. As it has been purchased as an upgrade from the Start version, the two licences are linked and must be therefore registered using the same e-mail, in this case *** . 

Please try to use this last e-mail and let me know if you can solve the issue. I wish you a lovely day.

I have tried both emails and neither work. I suspect that you will need to do something at your end, to rectify the problem.

Can you cancel the registration serial for the upgrade, and issue a fresh serial against email ***, which hopefuly would overcome the registration issue. I would add that the purchase page for the upgrade does not make it clear that the email required has to be exactly the same as the previous versions registration. Most software upgrades would simply ask for the serial number of the earlier version.
