Just set up automatic registration. When I go to the access page, and try to register as new user I get "User already present" message.
PHP database is all working, but can't seem to register a new user. If i use the manual registration all is well. Any suggestions?

Hello Steve
Maybe the user is there already.
When the list of automatically-registered users is updated, the following cases may occur:
▪The user has not yet validated his e-mail address (if requested): his name will have a yellow dot next to it. If you believe the address is valid, you can manually validate it with the Validate button in either the User Settings window or the online Control Panel and WebSite X5 Manager app.
▪The user has given a username that has already been used by another person: the username will have a red dot next to it. The username must be changed for one of the two users, remembering to communicate the fact to the person involved.
If this is not the reason, then please add a new post - else - hope you have it to function.
Kind regards
John S.
Also check on the server that the database and table have the correct read and write permissions set.
(IT - inoltre controllare sul server che il database e la tabella abbiano correttamente i permessi di lettura e scrittura settati.)
ciao

I had a similar problem with you yesterday. now it works perfectly. make sure you use the same table name for your shopping cart. you see in php my admin schema details of shopping cart table names that have been successfully recorded. use the word in front of it for input in the managemnet acces settings.
good luck and successful
Hello Steve,
Did you use a blank space in the table name?
Does the used table already exists and contains data in it?
Many thanks!
