Download Latest Updates Fails To Complete - I'm Using Windows 10

This evening I purchased Website X5 Pro and downloaded. I now have it installed. However, upon initial opening, it informs me that there are important updates to be downloaded. I agree, but after attempting to download the up updates, it failes (every time). All I get is a warning logo. I'm not able to get any further. I've tried to downlaod the latest upate three times. I'm look for counsel <smile>

Vorris, just in case it is being blocked, can you temporarily disable anti-virus and firewall then try again?
If this works you can then re-enable and add an exception to allow access to the Incomedia servers.
