There are a way to add multiple products at once in the shopping cart, like a bunch, using excel files to import data. I remember in old website versions the software let us do.

The same option is still there is step1 then shopping cart, then top buttom.
Best is to make first 1 item, then export sheet, add items then import sheet.
Pictures still needs to be done manually though.

just create 1 object in the store and download the file, then you have it from your project.
It would be the same as I would do.
