I am using V13.
My Email a Form is not sending the form to the nominated email address and also is not sending an auto response to the sender.
Any clues?
Thanks

Use the test in your admin panel to see if there are issues with mailing, you need a bit of software from your provider and sometimes this needs to set before mailing works.
goto your website and add /admin behind the adress.
login with the credentials (acces managment) that are in x5 , goto the test part and check the mailing.

It could be that you need to set different mailing software:

Let me know how it works out.

Hi Andre,
I selected ASSET MANAGEMENT.
I have tried changing the E-MAIL FORM SCRIPT TYPE using PHP, LOW LEVEL SERVER SCRIPT, LOW LEVEL SCRIPT with no success.
I have also tried changing DATA SUBMISSION TYPE using SEND AS POST and SEND AS GET with no success.
Still can't get the completed form to be sent to the nominated email address nor an auto response.
I have checked with my ISP and my PHP Version is the latest 7.1
Don't know where to go from here. Hope someone can help.
Contact your provider and ask them what they support for mailing then set this in x5.
As a mentionend the provider needs to provide some software for working and they can choose what protocol the open.
So again ask your provider what type of software you need for mailing from website and what information you need to get it working.

Hi Andre,
Please clarify which provider I should contact.
My internet provider is different to my domain name provider.
I am using the email address of my internet provider to send out the E-Form.
I use my domain name provider to load the webpages using Website X5 upload.
Where you upload x5, there where you hire the domain and webspace.

Hi Andre,
I contacted my domain service provider ONE.COM as to why my FEEDBACK form was being blocked.
They could not help me and just hung up in the middle of a chat.
I then loaded my webpages via a different service provider and the FEEDBACK form is now working fine.
Thanks for your comments.
If you have one.com they recommend PHP:
https://www.one.com/en/support/faq/can-i-send-mails-from-my-website
So 1 of the 3 settings from x5 should work, you need to change it, then upload, then refresh page with F5, then test
Or use the admin panel to test. write behind your website/admin , then login with data provided in x5 in acces managment, then goto test anvirement.
But if it works now you can leave it this way.
Best Regards
