I'm running WebSite X5 Evolution V9 and I would like to download a PDF to a page and have a link that others could use to download the PDF. How do I accomplish this?

If you upload the pdf to a folder on your hosting, then you can create a link to the file. Use the upload button once connected in step5 with your host, place it in an folder or create a folder.
the link is then your website adress with the folder name behind it, and then the file name.
Add a text for download to use the right mouse button to make users download it. Normally if you have a pdf reader hen the link will automaticly start to open the reader, this is an software setting of your operating system (O.S.) and not something you can control in x5.
or make the file a zip file if you upload it, that will always create a download pop up in your O.S.

Thanks for the info Andre,
I guess the problem I'm having is putting the .PDF on the page in Step 3, Page Creation. I have objects for text, image, audio, video, gallery, but nothing for just a file or document. Any suggestions?
Oh well sorry, did not understand the question in that case; here another answer:
V9 has an pdf object, try it, it is in html and widgets object.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
