Auto audio play on site

I have an audio file that auto plays for each page of my site that I now want to turn off/get rid of and have no audio play automatically. I have not embeded a file in each page so must be in initial template I think. Unfortunately (stupidly) I can't remember where this might be to delete/turn off mp3 file. Any help please?

Hello Allan Cameron,
It seems the audio file has been added in the gallery object in the header. Go to step 2 - customization in Header and Footer content and there edit the gallery object.
