We are so sorry to hear you feel that the timing has not been favorable for you and I understand your frustration, but the Version you have lately purchased has been released some time ago and meanwhile we have been working on new versions of the program, so to improve the software and offer a better solution.
There are two possible ways of solving this situation.

On the one hand, you can try to contact the store where you purchased the program to ask if it is possible to get a refund. After that, you can purchase the new Version 13 with a 30% discount and receive the Version 14 for free in October. Take in consideration this offer is valid until the 10th september. On the other hand, if you decide to keep Version 12 you, will get a higher discount (50%) for the Version 14 and you won't lose the work you already have done since August, as you can import it then in the new version of WebSite X5.
If you wish to take more time to decide, you can wait for the official release in October, when you will receive the same discount offer again.
