Drop down menu

Hello,
It appears that the last button to the right on the main menu, will always be the lower one in the drop down menu.
In Hebrew or every right to left language, the first menu button should be on the right (this I managed with the page order on the map) but then this first button will appear on the bottom of the drop down menu, thus become the last button. Is there a way to change or swap between the order of the main menu and drop down menu?

The button on the left in the "menu" screenshot should be on the right for hebrew when it appears as the upper button in the "drop down menu" screenshot.

I see, so the first button shown on the normal menu (the one beginning with ים ) on the left should be the last shown on the drop down menu, is this correct?
I kindly ask you to write an idea post to inform the developers about this necessity, as unfortunately I fear it is not possible to fix it automatically, I'm sorry about this.
