Technical issue!
Author: Ed O.Hi There!
I have a question about Website X5 Proffesional 13!
When I go to my website, I go immediately to my 'About'. That is my homepage!
When I get there I have a text about me and I don't like it, so I want to change that. Because the type of the letters are not good and the color of the text is also not good. And there are also 2 mistakes in the text!
But when I want to change is and I click on 'Save As' it don't change. It stays the same.
But when I click on another button (like 'program' or 'contact') on my menu-bar, and then I go back to my about. Then it's changed the way I want it!
So do you know how I can change my 'Home/About' immediately when I go to my website?
I hope to hear something!
Greetings, Lizzy from Holland!

Ed, when you say "go to your website" do you mean preview?
If so, hold the CTRL key down when you select preview.
If you are referring to your published website, F5 (or CTRL+F5) should clear the cache in your browser.
If this does not work (on the published site), it sounds like your home page is php rather than html, if this is the case, delete index.html on the server (after checking index.php exists)

I seriously don't know what I need to do now on this problem.
If I go to my 'published' website.. www.lizzyossevoort.nl
I come in my homepage/about.. but I want to change that page in Website X5..
And If I change that is de progam.. and than I look again on my website. It didn't change a thing.
It stays always the same.

If your home page should have red writing, then keep index.html
If your homepage should have black writing, then keep index.php
If it was my website I would use filezilla (free download), log in to your site and delete the oldest index file (probably index.html). Once index.html is deleted your browser (and everyone elses) will use index.php.
If you wish to do it through WX5, click on upload website to the internet, click next, look for index.html, highlight it and click on the X icon to delete it.
Your updated home page should now load through your browser.
