Help! Forgotten how to edit/add/remove main menu buttons!

I've completly forgotten how to edit/add/remove the main menu buttons on my site.
I wish to do this prior to upgrading to the soon to be released V14.

For every page you create you get a menu item, or for every level you make in step3.
You can hide them with button on top or remove them with button in step3, or renmae with button in step3.
