How to make the page content to be stretched automatically in V10pro of website x5?

I cannot find the option to set the position of the page content adjustable as well as background.
It's only adaptive and fit to the window in mobile version and always stable in the PC browser.
So, how to make it stretching and adaptive also in PC browsers.

This will help us better to help you.
You can only do this using the background options in the template.
