Did you try the backup button in x5 / project selection? Try to recoover from that.
ssleect your project, press backup and redo.
It's best to make regular backups of the project in step5 export project.This gives you a full copy and is better then the automatic backup option.

I tried to load the backups, but the room is faulty, so I can not load it in the backup. Restarting the XML file by changing the name did not work in the solution

Please open the preferences when you start the program to see in which folder the projects are stored and then open this folder.
In this folder you will find a folder with the name of the project you experience the issue.
Check if the file project.iwprj2 or library.xml have 0 as filesize.
In case it is the project.iwprj2 file open the backup folder and search for a recent file which has not 0 as filesize and then move it in the folder with the project.iwprj2 file and rename it to project.iwprj2 after you renamed the original project.iwprj2 to old.iwprj2
In case it is the library.xml file rename it to old.xml and then rename the file librarybu.xml to library.xml
