Software Crashes 
Author: Armand E.I would like to find out the following, we have been using X5 from version 9 and now we are using 13 Pro, but each version crashes randomly on our computers. We have been using x5 on Wind 7, 8 and 10 and all of them are crashing randomly. We have loaded the software on different PC's and Notebooks as well as we have formatted the devices and reloaded the software and still the software coaches problems. When it crashes the project is also corrupt and we have to restore a backup of it or else we have to start over. This problem is so annoying that we are busy looking into new software that is not X5. We have also updated X5 to the newest version but the problem still persist. Can you please assist us in this matter as this is now really causing problems and it is interfering with our work. We would like to enjoy your software and not be frustrated by it. Thank you in advance.
Armand, are you working on your projects locally from an internal drive on the pc/laptop or from and external source like a network drive or connected USB device?
Are the projects relatively large or small, and are the crashes taking place totally at random or when specific tasks are undertaken, and are the projects that appear to be unstable desktop or responsive sites?

I see for the crash report you experienced it during the editing of images.
Does it happens also with other objects or generally with images?
Can you try to change the image file format and then test it again?
