Godaddy hosting

I am using Godaddy hosting. After many discussions with their tech suppport I learned that there is something in the design html that the godaddy server is not letting my site display online. I'm not a coder so I have no idea where to look.
Is X5 Evolution 12 only designed to be hosted with you guys?
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Learned that X5Evolution12 is a Wiindows platform not a Linux. Maybe now I can get it uploaded.
David, there are many people using godaddy hosting with Website X5 and to my knowledge they are not having issues. I use 2 different hosting companies, both Linux, and I have had no issues.
Are you sure you are uploading your site to the correct folder. With my hosting I must upload to public_html rather than the default login directory. When you upload your site through the built in FTP interface you can choose which folder you upload to. If you still have issues, perhaps filezilla (free) after saving you site locally may be easier.
