Iwzip file not recognized when importing

I am trying to import my website from my old Toshiba computer to my new one, which dorsn't have a disk drive, so I am using a USB stick. I have downloaded X5 V11 from the X5 website to the new computer and copied the website to the USB but when I try to import I get an error message (see attached)
Can you help please?

. . . you made an ".iwzip" file with your old Toshiba? Than you can copy this to an USB and afterwords import into the new x5 on new pc . . .

Yes but I got keep getting the error message attached.
The iwzip-file is broken / invalid, create a new iwzip file and import it!
