I currently use Website X5 13 and I upload 110 files every 3 months. The files have the same name, only the content is different. The problem is that I have to re-create all 110 links each time since if I just upload the files, the next time I upload using Website X5, it replaces the current files with the outdated ones. I'm sure this must have been an oversight on the part of the programmers for it is certainly not efficient and a complete waste of time. I hope this will be corrected soon.

If you upload the files internally with websitex5, the files will be stored in websitex5 and changes to the original files will not be considered until you re-integrate the file into websitex5.
There is a solution if you upload the files of the same name directly via ftp and link them within website x5 as an external file (link with http ....).
This allows you to share the files on the server independently of Websitex5 and also makes the project slimmer and faster.
Please ensure that no files of this group are retained in the project, otherwise the older version of the files will be uploaded again!
