Special offer pricing not displayed on listing

Hi all,
I have today tried to use the special offer facility in the shopping cart.
I have got it to work within specified date range with the correct discount -but - this does not display the discounted price on the main product listing.
If you put one in the basket it shows the discount with a strikethough of the original price, but try hard as I can it will not appear on the listing - rather pointless offering a discount if no-one can see it.
I have reloaded the page, empied the cache and tried on different devices - it does not appear on the main item listing. on the preview it looked fine!
Am I missing some kind of setting or is this yet another poor aspect to the X5 shopping cart?

It should work.
Try a full upload of your website.
press ctrl F5 befoere you check online in your browser.

I am aware it should work but it doesn't.
This version of X5 (jokingly called pro) uploads the full site for even the smallest of changes to product lines, however I have performed a full upload, used ctrl F5 and even performed a full clean of the cache and temp files.
It does not work on the main listing - there is no point in giving discount to someone who is already prepared to buy it at full price - the whole purpose of this is to tempt customers to buy something extra.

There is something wrong somewhere, I tested it and it works on the same version. So it does not seem to be an x5 bug.

So eather some custom code is wrong or something starnge is in the project.
Try to export project then import the exported project and then upload that one.
Do you have custom coding? Try to (just for test) remove this and see if that helps. you can do this on a copy of the project just to be save.
