Problems with the menu in version 14

I have now struggled with the new menu for a week, and I find it very user unfriendly. I am not that interested in having different menus on different pages, but a fixed menu and the possibility of designing all menus in one place like in all prevoius versions. I might be very dense but it seems to me that I have design the menu on each of my more than a hundred pages. Can that really be true. If so I must say I hate the new version and will stick with version 13 until I have the possibilty of handling all menus in one place.

If you add the menu in the header as example this one will appear on all pages and there's no need to design it on every page.

non sono daccordo. Alle risoluzioni inferiori lo devi per forza rimodificare uno alla volta. Morgen è stato un po' duro ma non ha completamente torto

Perhaps I have not explained myself well enough. In version 13 there was a place Where you could define the page menu in one place. But now it seems to me that you have to define the page menu on each and every page. The master menu is not the problem. I miss the page menu possibility. It is quite a job to build the page menu when you have more than a hundred pages.

Thank you for the explanation. Yes the page menu needs to be modified manually if you want to change the appearance of it. this depends on the fact it is now a separated object which offers you more possibilites.

Thabk you. But wouldn't it be possible to have both choices. I mean could those of us, who do not need the possibilities of placing the menu in different places, have the old page menu back. I really miss the opportunity of designing the page menu in one place.

At the moment this option is not available but I would suggest you to open an Idea post to suggest it so the developers will take it in consideration.
