How to change button text "Buy now" in V14?

Hi!
Is it possible to change the text in the Button "Buy now"?
In English it´s OK but in Czech language the translated text Buy now is not the best.
Is it possible to change it without changing the code? I don´t wish to go on every page and make the changes there.
In V13 it was possible to load a picture as a button "Buy now" but now in V14 it´s not possible.

You can change it in step 1 by clicking the button after the choice of the content language in the ID cart_add
