This is important to me and I do not get this work!
I have tried several different accounts, but none of them work.

Is the php script in WebSite X5 wrong?
See setup in attachment.

Hello Bjorn,

Was it working before?

Have you tried to contact the support of one.com to ask if ther are any temporarily issues with the mail server?

Many thanks!

Now I don't get any error but e-mail is not sent.

Why don't you support STARTTLS?

Hello Bjorn,

Have you tried to contact the hosting support to ask if they can verify if there are any issues with the email server?

At the moment starttls is not supported but you can open an Idea post to suggest it so the developers will take it in consideration for the future releases.

Many thanks!

I have contacted support and they can not find any errors. Everything works fine.
Port 587 was closed, but they have now opened it.

Tive problemas semelhantes. Foi resolvido em "Gerenciar Dados" / Endereço SMPT / usar o ip do servidor ao invés do nome.

Google translations: I had similar problems. It was resolved in "Manage Data" / SMPT Address / use server ip instead of name.

Hello Bjorn,

Which port did you set? Is it 587?

Try to login on the admin section of the website and then test from the Test section the SMTP script tp see if ti works and in case what error appears.

Many thanks!
