For Access Management to Locked Pages in Version 14 it looks like I have to create specific access for each user using a specific email address for each person.

In Version 13 I could create a generic USERNAME and PASSWORD for access to Locked Pages.

Can this be done in Version 14?

Hello Alan,

In Version 14 the access is now only with the email as username and it cannot be used another username.

Many thanks!

The username (email) requirement is really upsetting a lot of people using the website, there has got to be a way to modify the code <inputtype="text" name="imUname" id="imUname" class="mandatory"><br /> to eliminate class="mandatory". Please help!

You can still use a generic email address instead of a generic username. The email address doesn't need to be real one.

Is this a solution for you?

I had it setup so you answered questions to enter and now I can not do that. Like for user enter the curent DDGM name and for password enter the first three letted of the curent term password. Only members would know the answers no I can no longer do that. Please ad and option to use name again or create another A.M. that uses a name and password.

Same worry for me too. Very annoying to have to change for all users the access way. They, my users, didn't like it at all.

Martine
