Почему WebSite X5 не может открыть OBJECTS в Internet Explorer?!!!

Alexander, to which objects are you referring. To the best of my knowledge IE can open anything WX5 can generate.
Why are you using IE when there are many alternatives?
Do you have this issue with other browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Edge, etc)?
