The help section

It appears that the Help website has changed dramatically. I have tried it in both Firefox and IE. It seems difficult to use, and I don't see where I can submit a help question. Is this a permanent change, or am I missing something.

at the top of the main help page theres a box to type in and some options on the left.

I just started with websitex5, Evolution, two weeks ago. It seems that last weekend they made a major change to their Help section. Also, there used to be a link in support to email them directly. Is that all gone now?

By opening a post on website x5 Answers you will be able to receive assistance by the incomedia staff and by other users! Now you will have more chances to receive an answers more quickly than in the previous help center.
You will be able to ask questions, give your ideas, comment, view tutorials and tips&tricks, whitepapers and so on. Loads of information that will be easy to find thanks to the search functions.
If you open a private post, our staff will answer you, if it is public, any user can help you!
