You can on a page with dynamic content, let users log-in and then they can edit the dynamic-content.

They can insert text and images.

The content is not saved on the page, but is dynamically created from the "database" ( where dynamic-content is stored ) every time the page is shown.

This way you can have others than the webmaster to put content on a page.
